37 Tamar Cottages is situated on a well run holiday site on the south Cornish coast, near the Tamar River, Dartmoor and Bodmin Moor, in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty.

The lodge, which has 3 bedrooms and sleeps 8 people, is located 4km east of Callington and 6km west of Tavistock. It is approximately a 30 minute drive to the south coast, Looe and Polperro and is a perfect base for walkers, be it coastal or moorland. This spacious holiday lodge makes an ideal base for relaxing with a private balcony overlooking breathtaking countryside. On site there is an indoor and outdoor swimming pool, tennis courts and restaurant.

The kitchen is fully fitted with an oven, fridge and microwave and leads to a balcony. The property is fully centrally heated.

Outside living areas:
Double glazed sliding doors lead to an upstairs balcony. Outside there is a private lawned area at the rear and spacious shared lawned areas around the site.
